Cooperative Projects Program

Ever think about building something just a little beyond your skill level and experience?  Think of the difference it could make if you worked side-by-side with a skilled and experienced craftsman to realize your dream project.

PFW is inaugurating the Cooperative Projects program to help students build projects of their own design, to meet the demands of their lifestyle, and to perfectly suit their personal tastes.  Now you can build that farm table like the one you saw at that Vermont B & B.  Or you can copy the mid-century modern credenza you discovered on-line.

The first step after deciding on a project is to arrange a short meeting with Alan or Mario to examine your design, determine the feasibility of your project, and estimate both the cost of materials and how long it would take to build.

In the end, you’ll have acquired a beautiful heirloom project and forged an incomparable learning partnership, all adding up to the woodworking experience of a lifetime.

The cost for this program is $450 per one half day (4 hours), plus materials.
