Make a Fine Drawer

Instructor: Mario Rodriguez/Alan Turner
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Maximum Class Size:  12

In two quick days, we will show you how to conquer the sometimes quarrelsome task of building a proper drawer.  It's not that hard once you know how.

A beautiful and serious piece of furniture deserves a fine drawer. It should glide easily into its place, without excessive effort; without sticking, wracking, or rattling.  Made of solid wood and featuring hand-cut dovetails, strong but slender sides, and a solid wood bottom, a well-made and properly fitted drawer should enhance a viewer’s experience and fill the maker with well deserved pride.
